With sessions designed to fit around a working week, 8W2R App has the option of integrating gym, yoga and nutrition into the programmer to provide you with a full holistic training approach.

With beginner, intermediate, and advanced plans on offer, and the ability to train with either power meter, heart rate or just plain self-assessed effort (RPE), this plan caters for every rider no matter who you are or what experience you have.

MAKE YOUR OWN
MEAL PLAN

Our make your own meal plan has been carefully designed by a qualified dietician. In the onboarding process you tell us how active you are in your day to day life, this then helps us calculate how many calories you’ll need to match your energy requirements so that you fuel yourself correctly for the training programme, and for life.

EXERCISE PROGRAMMES

Yoga and Gym plans, designed by our specialist trainers to integrate with your cycle training, with easy to follow videos which can be done in the comfort of your own home.

PROGRESS TRACKER

Get motivated by easily tracking your progress within the App. You will perform your field test the week prior to starting our programme, then you will be instructed to test again on week 4, and again on week 8 to monitor your improvements and adjust your ‘training zones’ for the upcoming block of training.

COMMUNITY

You’ll have an Interactive forum at your fingertips – enabling connection with others and the ability to continue learning.
